Chapter Two: Why Greatness?
- Greatness is innate

Chapter Three: Forgetting Who You Are
- A pattern language is a way of describing reoccurring events
- The pattern language of scarcity is made up of conditioned patterns and conditioned beliefs
- The pattern language of abundance is made up of conscious patterns and conscious beliefs
- A conditioned pattern is the culmination of a repeated series of actions and reactions that are based on and reinforce conditioned beliefs
- A conscious pattern comes from repeated and consistent authentic action that is in alignment with our true nature

Chapter Seven: The Illusion of Struggle
- Struggle is strictly overrated
- The greatest form of resistance is resisting who you are
- Flow, the Capacity to be who you are, is essential. Struggle is not.
- Self-Expression is the manifestation of living who you are
Chapter Eight: The Illusion of Control
- Control is an attempt to line up the world to meet our "shoulds"
- You cannot give what you don't have
- Any time we play a role that becomes an excuse for not doing what we can do, that role is a conditioned pattern of scarcity
- Surrender happens when you're in action, doing all that you can do, and letting go of those things outside of your control
Chapter Nine: The Illusion of Time
- We don't experience life by thinking about it
- Time becomes a prison when it becomes to little or not enough
- Distraction + Justification = Avoidance
- Time is a choice
- Desperation isn't referable
- Actualization is a way to maximize the present and create the future
- What happens to us in life doesn't hurt us, how we think about it does
